MedExpo 2008: the Wellness LifeStyle Expo
Success Breeds Success...Year After Year

This certainly applies to PDM MedExpo & BioLink which after eight years continues to deliver a consistently trendy and exciting event to the healthcare community. PDM MedExpo & BioLink is sponsored and organized by Avani International’s sister company in the USA, PDM Healthcare.

The 8th Annual PDM MedExpo & BioLink 2008: The Wellness LifeStyle Expo took place on Sunday, May 4th at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel. Over 400 participants nationally traveled to Cleveland and embraced MedExpo events starting from 11am to 9pm.

Attendees and exhibitors saw that this event created a new energy for business development, peaking interest from important manufacturers from the aesthetics, pharmaceutical, and medical supply industries participating at MedExpo and networking with leading healthcare practitioners and executives. The wellness and aesthetics were the topic of the day not only for participants but media as well.

Event highlights included educational symposia, exceptional keynote speakers Monica Robins (Senior Health Correspondent at WKYC) and Jim Trakas (Congressional Candidate for Ohio’s 10th District), and interactive Exhibitor Showcase featuring live non-invasive aesthetic procedure demonstrations, a lively casino night, delectable food selections, and “Fire & Ice,” a newly debuted spectacular live ballet.

All elements of the event seamlessly blended to create what many who attended said, “it is the best event they have ever attended - an unsurpassed and exciting show.” The event also served as a valuable meeting place for manufacturers to meet USA distributors and launch new products in the US market.

I find it hard to believe but Mr. Ash Chawla has once again out done himself with the recently concluded PDM Expo 2008.

The Wellness Life Style Expo successfully presented a truly interdisciplinary program exploring new and challenging subject matter both relevent and cutting edge at the same time.
In addition to the provacative subjects presented and explored... Mr Chawla and his more than knowledgably presenters and staff managed this complex feat with superbly crafted presentations... exquisite food... fun and relaxation.

Using the talents of Irene Jurca, Director of Public Affairs... they filled the Exhibit hall with a variety of timely and interesting exhibitors who gladly spent time walking the participants through the vast amount of information they all made available.

I can, without reservation, recommend to anyone who has the opportunity, to make every effort to attend whatever program Mr. Chawla and his talented staff offer next year.

Another fantastic program! What excitement, from the medical educational programs to the keynote speech, from the exhibitors to the casino games, from the, “out-of-this world” delicacies all day to the winning of prices, wow! As if this were not enough to stimulate our senses, the most magnificent, unbelievable, magic play Fire on Ice.
